Splitting the keyboard

After a long hiatus due to things being quite busy around the house I finally got back to doing some work on the keyboard.

Today I adjusted the band saw, put on a new blade and proceeded to cut all of the keys apart. It took about 2 hours total to cut all 51 keys.

Now they all need to be planed to remove all the bandsaw marks.

Once that was done I finished grinding the custom punch so I can start fitting the keys to the frame.
